TOP-LEVEL CYCLINGFROM DRESDEN
A team from Dresden that races nationally and internationally — and a brand that stays. We're rebuilding professional cycling from the ground up: close, transparent, in the open.
A gap yawns between riding yourself and professional cycling
Millions ride a bike — ambitiously, on expensive gear, with real passion. And yet almost none of them follow a team. In football, the path from the local pitch to a favorite club is a given; in cycling, exactly that is missing. Pro teams carry their sponsor's name, often change it yearly, and have no lasting identity. Concordia Dresden builds that bridge: a team from Dresden that races nationally and internationally while being a home for everyone who loves the sport.
Perfected illusions
Teams across all levels present themselves as flawless sports organizations without rough edges. The result: interchangeable facades without real emotion.
Outdated marketing & distance
Cycling lags behind other sports in marketing. There is a lack of activation ideas, and sterile perfection creates distance from the fan — making it unattractive for partners.
Outdated management & extreme pressure
Cycling is physically and mentally extremely demanding. Many athletes suffer under outdated management structures and a lack of support off the asphalt.
The unvarnished reality
We break with the obsession of perfection. We show the real story: all the highs and lows, the pain, the grit, and the honest passion.
Innovative activation & fan proximity
We rethink sports sponsorship and work actively for our partners' success. Through genuine fan proximity and modern concepts, we deliver on the partners' individual goals.
Holistic support
We support our riders on all levels. With modern communication and up-to-date management, we help them unlock their full potential on and off the bike.
Arthur Lenné
I grew up with cycling: at the age of ten, I rode my first race — and the fascination has never let me go since.
Cycling has taught me many things — discipline, perseverance, and how to handle defeat. First as an amateur, then as a pro, I saw from the inside how much potential goes untapped in cycling: outdated management, dusty marketing, and a lack of real connection to the fans. Today I write about the same sport from the outside as a cycling journalist and see the same pattern. My studies in business informatics give me the foundation to tackle these issues. Concordia Dresden is the conclusion drawn from both: a team that races, and a brand that stays.

“Marketing in cycling has barely changed in 100 years. I'm building the team that breaks that cycle.”
Sport, Content, Community
Three areas, one interplay: the sport delivers the material, the content makes it visible, the community makes it binding. For us they stand side by side as equal pillars.

Sport
Every race choice follows two questions: is it relevant on the road — and is it relevant in the media? The focus is on the Benelux region and the booming gravel scene, with the German Radbundesliga as a common thread through the season. The roster starts with at least ten riders, focused on local talent — the goal for 2027 is around 30 race starts.

Content
The team's build-up is documented weekly on YouTube — not just the race on the weekend, but the work behind it: planning, equipment, dealing with setbacks. This Building in Public also reaches people who have little use for pure race content, and carries through the winter break.

Community
Offline events anchor the team locally: a public team presentation, a summer party with Tour de France public viewing, and a shared season finale. Kept free where possible, so the Dresden scene gets to know the team — and for partners, a stage on the ground.
Four Core Values
Community
Spectators become participants. No isolated elite, but an open platform for everyone who loves this sport.
Down-to-earth
Approachable instead of high gloss. We stay on the ground, speak the language of the street, and avoid artificial PR bubbles.
Transparency
The honest struggle. We show the fight behind the scenes, not staged perfection.
Persistence
Patient, sustainable build-up season after season. No flash in the pan, but the foundation for a permanent project.

A journey you can follow
We show the way — not just the result. A process built on transparency, making the creation of Concordia Dresden something everyone can experience.
Founding
The official starting signal. We establish Concordia Dresden, laying the foundation for the entire project.
UCI Licensing
Setting the course for professional sports. We submit the registration documents for the official Continental team status.
Team Launch
The roster is finalized, the gear is ready. The team comes together for the first camp and begins official preparation.
First Race
The moment of truth on the road. We contest the first official race entry of the Concordia road section.

Partners instead of title sponsors.
Concordia Dresden stands for an independent brand. But ambitious goals require strong, ambitious partners. We integrate partners into our authentic story of growth, helping them achieve their communication and marketing goals.
Reach with Substance
Attention that lasts. Through our own high-quality media production, we offer partners organic visibility far beyond outdated jersey logos.
Trust through Proximity
True approachability builds trust. Our community experiences the involvement of our partners first-hand, building a genuine emotional connection.
Storytelling instead of Logo Placement
Partners become active characters in our story of growth. We tell shared stories instead of just silently displaying advertising space.
Home Dresden
Deeply rooted in Saxony, digitally in a global orbit. We connect our sporting home in Dresden with a modern, international media reach.
